By accessing or using QuickyDesk and its PDF tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of Service
QuickyDesk provides free, browser-based PDF processing tools including: merging PDF files, splitting PDF pages, compressing PDF file size, rotating pages, removing pages, password-protecting PDFs, unlocking PDFs, watermarking PDFs, adding page numbers, converting images to PDF, extracting PDF text, viewing PDF metadata, converting PDFs to grayscale, and repairing corrupted PDF files. The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use QuickyDesk for lawful purposes only. You agree that you:
- Have the legal right to process the files you upload.
- Will not upload files containing illegal content of any kind.
- Will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Service.
- Understand that processed files are deleted automatically within 15 minutes and are solely responsible for downloading your results before deletion.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use QuickyDesk to upload, process, or distribute files that:
- Contain malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
- Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Contain illegal content including CSAM, hate speech, or content inciting violence.
- Are used as part of automated scraping, bulk processing, or API abuse.
5. Intellectual Property
QuickyDesk and all its original content, features, design, and code are owned by Ashutosh Kumar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all files you upload and all output files generated. We claim no intellectual property rights over your documents.
6. Your Responsibility for Files
You are solely responsible for the files you upload. By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the file or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process it.
- Processing the file does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- The file does not contain any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Important: Always keep a backup of your original files before processing. QuickyDesk is not responsible for any data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickyDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which, as the Service is free, is zero).
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
